Currently there's nothing there, but we need to add Sphinx to the repo above, and figure out some way to have it dynamically "included" in all of our other Sphinx projects repos. That would include something like a "What is Eco-Libre?" intro, "Eco-Libre org FAQ", and "Similar Projects".
